accuracy.
- Parts of Filling Cylinder contacting liquid
made of stainless steel treated with hard chrome
for abrasion resistance and without contamination.
- Filling Cylinder easy disassembly for cleaning
work.
- Bottle feeding, separated & positioning
control by adjustable air cylinders.
- Filling Nozzles drive by air cylinder moving
up & down during filling to prevent liquid
forming.
- Filling Nozzle’s upmost & lowest position
adjustable by height adjust device with figure
for operation record.
- Air cylinders of filling nozzle and reversing
valve act simultaneously.
- Machine stop filling operation if there is no
bottle. Adopt bottle bottom filling.
- Equip with drip reservoir, height adjustable
device with figure for operation record.
- Equip with 175L product tank.
- Equip with speed adjustable conveyor, can operate
alone or connect with Auto Capping Machine and
Auto Labelling Machine.
- Meet G.M.P requirement.
