The liquid production processors design compliances with cGMP of the liquid product guideline. The processors are applicable for low viscosity and volume below 60mL.

To minimized pneumatic accessories operation to pollute the production environment, inner plug and outer cap placing procedures apply vacuum carry and placing method rather than traditional pneumatic cylinder pressing.

To reduce electric maintenance time, the major parameter – Filling Volume adjustment applies mechanical adjustment to stabilize filling accuracy and machine operation.

Filling System:

  1. Filling Method: Ceramics Filling Cylinder, Stainless Steel Cylinder or Peristaltic Pump.

  2. Stainless steel filling cylinder contacts with liquid parts are coated with chrome to increase friction ability.

  3. Piston Filling Cylinder benefits filling volume accuracy and special treatment will make longer life time than traditional design. Peristaltic pump filling method benefits filling volume adjustment and less changing over time than all other filling method.
  4. All parts of filling system can be sterilized under 121℃ over 40 minutes ( Autoclave sterilization)

Filling Process

  1. Apply two stage filling theory to prevent liquid spilling during filling process.
  2. Nitrogen filling accessory is also available for optional device.

Plugging System:

  1. Plug pick and place processes apply vacuum suction theory to meet pharmaceutical grade guideline.
  2. Using plug detection device to prevent missing plug abnormal status.
  3. Plug in-feed hopper is also available for various sizes of plugs as optional device.
  4. All parts of filling system can be sterilized under 121℃ over 40 minutes ( Autoclave sterilization)

Cap placing Device:

  1. Cap pick and place processes apply vacuum suction theory to meet pharmaceutical grade guideline.

Capping System:

  1. Capping method is based on cap material and shape which is flexible.
  2. Cap in-feed hopper is also available for various sizes of Caps as optional device.
  3. Safety hood material can be either Glasses or PC. Safety hood can apply autoclave sterilization to meet safety and sanitary standard.
  4. Laminar flow system is also available to meet customer requirement specification.
  5. Adjustment handle design benefits machine tuning of different type products and reduce parts change over time.
  6. Tool-free design limit different products switch over time, increase high efficient producing capacity.
