Eye drops production processors design compliances with cGMP/Pic/s of the sterile liquid product guideline. In order to meet this standard, the entire processors are built without any pneumatic accessories to prevent particles polluting production area.

All parameters related with the finished products stability is computerized such as filling volume, capping torque and etc. By applying level authorized program design to set up operators access control system limitation and prevent inappropriate machine operation or unacceptable parameter modification.

All stainless steel parts contact with product raw material are made by SUS316L and all sterilized parts are capable to be 121℃ autoclave sterilized.

Unscrambler Rotating System:

  • Containers are sorted and delivered by the stainless steel rotating disc.

  • Rotating system is capable to connect with a dust collector to meet customer requirement

Unscrambler container guiding device:

  • Containers are arranged by the special designed guiding device to correct orientation and delivered to the out-feed conveyor.

Inverted bottle rejected design:

  • The special fence is designed for inverted defective bottles to reject to the rejection area.

Filling System:

  • Piston type filling cylinder is made of Stainless steel with chrome coated to increase friction durability and decrease contamination

  • Filling cylinder adopts solderless design to prevent liquid cross contamination

  • Tooless designed parts make clean, sterilize procedures easier and more convenient.

  • All contact with liquid material parts can be executed 121∘C sterilization procedure over 40 minutes.

  • Control system adopts HMI and servo motors not only allow user to easily set required liquid filling volume, filling system position and production speed but also meet current pharmaceutical guidelines.

Plugging System:

  • Plugging system adopts vacuum pick and place system to meet cGMP Pic/s pharmaceutical guidelines.

  • The plug detecting system confirms the plugging procedure completeness to prevent missing plug defective products.

  • Control system adopts HMI and servo motors allow user can easily set plug vibrating device frequency, swing arm movement procedure and vibrator height to reduce different products machine change over time.

Pre-Capping System:

  • The pre-capping system adopts vacuum pick and place system to meet cGMP Pic/s pharmaceutical guidelines.

  • The major purposes are preventing over-capping to pollute production zone environment and preventing missing caps defective products before entering final capping zone.

  • Control system adopts HMI and servo motors allow user to easily set cap vibrating device frequency, swing arm movement procedure and vibrator height to reduce different products machine change over time.

Capping Machine:

  • The Capping Machine is designed for plastic screw caps.

  • The Capping Machine adopts safety device for oblique and incorrect positioning bottle. For those abnormal status, machine will fully automatic stop.

  • The capping machine is isolated from the liquid filling procedure zone.

  • Control system adopts HMI and servo motors allow user to easily set capping torque and capping system height to reduce different products machine change over time.
